Yesterday I joined a local charity Galway Cat Rescue for their Family Fun Day in Petmania. It was an opportunity for people to get to meet kittens available for adoption and help raise some vital funds for the charity through their raffle.
Galway Cat Rescue is ran by amazing women who devote their free time to help stray cats and kittens from the streets of Galway. And there is so many little ones in need of help!
I got the pleasure to shoot a little bit of footage for a video I am making for Galway Cat Rescue and their new website. I also snapped a few shots.
This beautiful playful tomcat was the star of the day...
A great turnout of supporters and potential adopters, great numbers came and donated, completed questionnaires and met the four cute kittens residing in the renovated Cattery.
Cats adopted from Galway Cat Rescue are spayed or neutered, socialised and oh-so-adorable.
The raffle on the day raised €158.96 for GCR. The winner walked away with a big basket of goodies for one lucky cat.
