Fun in the sun

The last few days the weather has been just ridiculously beautiful in Ireland. It was only natural that my camera came out to play! I almost forgot what it's like to shoot in such bright light!

I found this pretty and very fragrant tree very close to my house (which I now know it's called laburnum) and I knew instantly that I had to shoot something there.

The beautiful models in the shots are Edel Quinn and her dog Phoebe. Edel is super talented and very easy to work with. We shot a 20s inspired shoot together recently and I was just blown away by her modelling skills and flawless skin and features. This is her completely self-styled and rocking a natural look. Beaut!

A definite highlight of this week has been the purchase of a polaroid camera! I got myself an Instax 7s mini and I of course used Edel as my test subject.

On Thursday, I am going away for a family visit in Prague and Slovakia and I just can't wait to take some more creative snaps with it!
